Certifications

FRAMEGO has secured approval from the Accreditation of Innovative Technologies for Housing (AITECH) of the Philippine National Housing Authority (NHA), AITECH Certificate 2021-04. Its steel is tested and certified by the Metals Industry Research and Development Center, Department of Science and Technology (ASTM A 370-08a). FRAMEGO's FrameCad webbed floor joist assembly is UL certified.

FAQ

Does steel framing rust?

Framing uses galvanized (zinc-coated) steel kept inside the building envelope.

Is it more expensive than wood or concrete?

Material can cost more or less depending on the project; faster schedules and less waste often balance it out. Ask for a side-by-side quote.

Can I still hang cabinets and TVs?

Yes. Backing is framed in where you need it during design.

How tall can you build?

Cold-formed steel is used from single homes to mid-rise. Talk to us about your height.

Do you only supply, or also build?
